RETURNS POLICY

You can return any unwanted or damaged/faulty items free of charge within 14 days for a refund or replacement. We are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged unless they are returned due to receiving the items in a damaged or faulty condition.

Electrical equipment will only be accepted if complete with all leads, accessories and software. Any software must have its original seal intact.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return an item?

Please email our Customer Service team to arrange your return: info@goodwillpharma.co.uk

Include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. 

The customer service team will provide you with the information to arrange the return.

Please package the item securely and obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Use the cheapest option to return, by 2nd class post and once we have received your returned items we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order, including the return postage costs. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
